Orlando Neal Orlando Neal
Principal

Orlando Neal is the Principal for RxConnection. Orlando is responsible for product development, revenue generation, financial analytics and reporting, procurement, key accounts and PBM relations.

Orlando founded RxConnection for the sole purpose of helping bring clarity to a very complex industry.  His mission is to help plan sponsors decrease their pharmacy plan spend through cost containment strategies that will result in a healthier population.  Orlando started his career as an actuary and has over 20 years of extensive experience in pharmacy analytics, actuarial services, auditing, risk management and consulting.  Prior to starting RxConnection, Orlando worked as an actuary for several top consulting firms and later accepted a role at CVS Caremark as part of an analytic think tank. He later served as the pharmacy practice leader for both Willis of Milwaukee and Lockton Companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and doubled majored in Mathematics/Actuarial Science and Economics.

Jeffrey A. Post Jeffrey A. Post, RPh.
Chief Clinical Officer

Jeff Post, R.Ph. is the Chief Clinical Officer for RxConnection. Jeff oversees the Clinical Risk Management program which includes clinical diagnostic reporting, plan education, PBM custom programming, clinical auditing and plan sponsor decision support.

Jeff has over 20 years of diverse experience in pharmacy benefits, pharmacy operations, 340b, and health systems supply chain management.   Prior to consulting, Jeff managed 10 outpatient pharmacies, LTC pharmacy, home infusion, and physician supply chain as a Director at a large health system.  After his PBM trend performance results were published as “Best Practice in 5 Year PBM Performance” for US health systems by The Advisory Board Company, he began PBM clinical consulting independently.  As a consultant, Jeff works with numerous brokerage offices and health systems on various initiatives including maximizing outpatient pharmacy integration, improving contract transparency, reducing waste and applying custom clinical programming.  Jeff is passionate about educating clients on the optimal approach for managing their prescription benefit and strives to always ensure the right patient is on the right drug.

Jeff holds a BS in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University with a course focus and clinical rotations on Pharmacoeconomics.

Alissa Lipchek Alissa Lipchek, MBA
Director of Account Management

Alissa Lipchek is the Director of Account Management for RxConnection. Alissa’s role includes implementation support, strategic consulting and serving as the PBM liaison for daily service related activities.

Alissa has over 9 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management. Prior to joining the RxConnection team, Alissa worked for a pharmacy benefit manager in a variety of different roles, including managing large strategic accounts as well as leading implementations and providing support to her Account Management team.

Alissa graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University and also received her MBA in Business Management from Walsh University.

Corey DiPiazza Corey DiPiazza
Director of Analytics

Corey DiPiazza is the Director of Analytics for RxConnection. Corey’s primary responsibilities involve financial modeling, oversight of the RFP process and evaluation, and IT database integration.

Corey has over 6 years of experience in pharmacy data analytics and PBM underwriting in the aggressive middle market sector. Prior to joining RxConnection, Corey was the Pricing Manager for WellDyneRx where he provided financial support for contract negotiations, met with executive leadership to establish pricing guidelines and initiatives, responded to RFP questionnaires, and constructed ad-hoc analyses for prospective and existing clients.

Corey is a summa cum laude graduate of Florida Southern College.

Eric Elliott Eric Elliott
Director of Strategic Growth

Eric Elliott is the Director of Strategic Growth. In his role Eric is responsible for supporting continued growth for RxConnection’s robust consultative services through educational opportunities with existing broker relationships and identifying new strategic growth opportunities.  He will also have a significant focus on education for all new clients and plan sponsors to maximize the value of partnering with RxConnection.

Eric has over 15 years of business-to-business management experience where he has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, banking and healthcare; but for the past ten years he has been focused in healthcare, specifically in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).  Prior to joining the RxConnection team, Eric found success in several leadership, account management, sales and training roles.  Most recently he worked with a mid-market PBM as the Director of Client Services.  He values relationship building and being a student of the everchanging PBM industry.

Eric earned his undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from Indiana University, and he earned his Master’s degree in Business Management from Walsh University.
